Daily Affirmations

I am aware of the images I send to other people. I send them positive, confident and loving images of who I am.

I accept and love myself for who I am right now.

I like what I see in the mirror.

My body is a reflection of my thoughts and feelings. I think about my body in positive ways.

I eat like a thin person. I think of myself as a thin person.

I visualize myself at my ideal weight often. I know I have the power to create whatever I can imagine.

I have what it takes to lose weight. I know I can do it.
